Q: I have a Macintosh computer. When I tried to play one of the games on Shockwave, an error message appeared that said "could not open application x.jsp plug-in is needed".
A: You may need to increase the amount of memory that is allocated to your browser. Find and select your browser on your hard drive. Choose Get Info from the File menu. If you are using Mac OS 8.5 or later, choose Memory from the pop-up menu. Increase the Preferred size.
