What hardware and software do I need to enjoy the Shockwave site?
Each game has individual systems requirements, which you can view on the game's landing page. However, for general site use, we recommend the following hardware and software components.
Windows:
* Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7
* Processor of 500 MHz or faster (1 GHz recommended)
* 128 MB RAM (512 MB RAM recommended)
* 3D Video Card w/ 32 MB RAM (for 3D Content)
* Browsers: Internet Explorer 7.0 or above; Firefox 3.5 or above
Macintosh:
* Macintosh OS 9 or above
* 500 MHz or faster processor (1 GHz recommended)
* 128 MB RAM (512 MB RAM recommended)
* 3D Video Card w/ 32MB RAM (for 3D Content)
* Browsers: Internet Explorer 7.0 or above; Firefox 3.5 or above; Safari 3.0 and above
We do not support the use of Windows 98 or earlier, Windows Me, Windows NT, Macintosh 8.x or earlier, Linux, Solaris, Unix, IRIX, or other operating systems. We also do not support TV-based or game-based systems (WebTV, etc.). While you may be able to successfully use our site with any of these operating systems, we do not offer technical support for them.
