SOFTWARE/SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key member of a software design team

Prepare software/systems requirements for avionics equipment and displays

Coordinate changes in software/systems requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years software development experience

Experience establishing software architecture d ef inition

Experience in preparing system requirements to capture aspects of functionality

Experience in developing software requirements from system requirements

Experience with software development to industry standards, DO-178B pr ef erred

Familiarity with FAA TSO procedures pr ef erred

Experience using DOORs pr ef erred

Excellent writing and communication skills

BSCS/EE/SE or MSCS/EE or other technical degree

US citizenship required
