Software User Interface Designer

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Researching, designing and prototyping new user experiences for new features, creating design mockups, story boarding, producing visual assets as needed and writing behavioral documentation (required for proper design implementation) · Produce creative, simple and highly usable solutions for software user interface design · Work closely with software engineers and graphics artists, software engineers and product managers of the assigned project in determining software interface design directions · Assist with new user interface testing and participate in usability review to get feedbacks on new designs · Collaborate with and communicate to teams in engineering and product managers to produce superior solutions

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Remain current on user interface design trends and competitors' design · Stay abreast with new prototyping, presentation or computer graphics techniques and software · Perform other job-related duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Bachelor degree in Interactive Design, Human Factor, Software Engineering and/or Visual Design (or equivalent experience)
