Principal Business Analyst I

Position Responsibilities:

* Be a liaison with the business and effectively manage business relationship and expectation * Effectively manage projects by following Project Management best practices and ensure solution meets business needs * Analyze the business requirements and convert into detail functional requirements * Effectively communicate with the business community, information technology community and with extended technology service providers * Establish service level agreement with the business users and deliver application support * As a member of Business application services, lead or contribute to the strategic initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in science. Master degree in Business or Information technology preferred * Proven track record in project execution * Demonstrate capability to lead strategic initiative * General knowledge of various information systems, technologies and its capabilities * Good analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * At least 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting system in life-science industry with revenue greater that $750m * Experience in Lab systems such as Laboratory Information Management system will be a plus * CFR Part 11 computer system validation experience
