Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent
* 3+ years experience developing J2EE applications in large production and development environments
* 3+ years of Oracle or SQL relational database experience
Competencies and Attributes:
* Solid design skills and strong data modeling experience
* Experience with Hibernate a plus
* Ability and desire to quickly learn new languages and skills
* Start-up environment experience would be a plus.
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
