Software Technical Assistance or Technical Assistance

Requirements & Experience • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, troubleshooting, deductive reasoning skills. • Excellent interpersonal, time management, communications and decision-making skills • Ability to convey technical issues and solutions to persons of varying technical abilities. • Ability to interact professionally with all levels in the company. • 3+ years of Microsoft C# .NET experience. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform, IIS, MS SQL Server, Microsoft office applications. • Programming experience in Java preferred • Knowledge of Web/Internet Technologies (HTML, XML, etc) • Experience in software technical support, software development or undergraduate degree in software field • Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited documentation and taking ownership of projects is essential. • Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task while completing projects on time. • Successful candidates will be well organized, enjoy research, problem solving and learning new techniques and technologies. • Successful candidates will enjoy working in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers, management and clients. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities • Provides support to the organization by addressing questions about our product and diagnosing issues that arise through the usage of our software in both production and theoretical environments. • Respond to customer product tickets; manage customer communication and expectations. • Escalate necessary items to Engineering for resolution. Facilitate communication between technology teams and other departments on issue status and resolution. • Provide briefing and updates to senior management on critical issues. • Build effective partnerships with Software Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Operation Team, Channel, and Direct Sales team. • Deliver a consistent and high quality service to our customers; become a value adding partner.
