Sr. Analyst, IT Systems

The Sr. Analyst, IT Systems will provide third tier support for analytical laboratory software systems including data acquisition and other analytical software systems as well as manufacturing systems. Will also be responsible for analyzing problems, planning and deploying software upgrades and data archiving, as well as computer system validation including requirements gathering, protocol generation, test data preparation, develop test scenarios, define solutions and project management of validation projects.

Qualifications include BS in Computer Science, Chemistry or related field with 8 years of relevant IT/support experience. This should include at least five years of Waters Empower (version 1 and/ or 2) support experience as well as five years of computer system validation. Must be very familiar with FDA and GMP regulations as applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, analytical laboratory practices and computer system validation methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are also required. Experience with Waters Empower is required.
