Software Systems Engineer
* Working knowledge of Linux operating system required.
* Working knowledge of a Requirements Management Tool such as DOORS (preferred) or RequisitePro desired.
* Understanding of C++ and Java Software.
* Exposure to CMMI levels 2 & 3 processes and standards desired.
* Familiarity with standard MS Office product suite applications.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, work as part of a team.
* Adept at communicating with all levels both within and outside of the company.
* Able to prepare and deliver presentations and summaries, both oral and written, which appropriately address the intended audience.
* Possess strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
* Possess a high level of technical aptitude.
* Process and action oriented.
# BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or directly related degree with proven performance.
# Minimum 4 years experience in software systems integration and testing with DoD contract work desired.
# Previous experience in the end-to-end application of command and control systems to surveillance, defense, and control mission required.
# Previous experience integrating C2 software with sensors or tactical data link
