Senior Developer (backend)
* Strong Ruby on Rails development experience
* 10 years software product development experience with a M.S. degree OR 15 years with a B.S. degree
* Minimum of 5 years experience in building enterprise class scalable, reliable and multi-threaded server products
* 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing in J2EE, SOA, Java, Web technologies
* Strong Understanding in Message exchange protocols, SOAP, RSS, HTTP, XML, EMAIL
* Experience in building multi tenant, Cloud based applications is desirable
* Experience is developing Mobile devices is a plus
* Behavioral Characteristics:
o Strong communication skills
o Exceptional problem solving skills
o Highly motivated
o Extremely attentive to detail
Education:
BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical major
