Java/J2ee lead developer Review all requirements, and prepare/contribute to design decisions & testing strategy. Understand the scope, impact, and own delivery of the system in partnership with global development leads. Communicate/coordinate with the development lead/BA regarding configuration, releases and defects. Produce/participate in weekly/daily status reports. Reporting and maintaining project metrics. Arrange KT and training sessions for the team. Release auditing and documentation. Reviewing and managing all build deliverables of onsite/offshore team. Reviewing and implementing the recommendations of the architecture team. SME for any build related queries or explanation. Work closely with development leads/BA/QA to ensure successful delivery of the a

7+ years of extensive hands on experience as a Java/J2EE developer on Unix/Linux platform having handled large projects in a lead position. Strong DBMS skills. Oracle PL/SQL preferred. Strong knowledge of SDLC with exposure to TDD and industry standard testing and build tools. Good knowledge of XML, concepts of ant, maven, web logic application server and version control systems.
