As a Service Engineer you are responsible for the coordination and management of the system implementation stage within a project. This includes accomplishment and coordination of system maintenance as well as software upgrades, deploying AD serevers, group and user policies and network security. Furthermore, you conduct preventive and regular observations of our systems while keeping in mind the agreed service response time and the customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering (or an equivalent educational background) and should ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Engineer within the automation industry. Therefore, a good knowledge of application of software structure and hardware specification is essential, also microsoft certification on AD servers, group policies and network security. As further qualifications we expect good written and spoken English as well as a team- and customer-oriented personality.
