Software Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
• Establishes and maintains relationships with engineering, I.T. and software development
• Provides advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems
• Researches, reports and corrects any quality assurance issues
• Be subject matter expert for internal and external software applications
• Read C#, Java and other object oriented software development languages
• Creating custom support tools to analyze issues
• Data mining and modification under QSR
Education and Experience
• Typically requires a BS in the computer sciences and 1 - 3 years of experience.
• Software architecture and development experience
• Experience with major database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be a quick learner
