Senior Software Engineer
Requirements:
* Track record of delivering mission critical, enterprise web applications (experience developing Saas application a plus)
* Expert knowledge developing and debugging Java applications leveraging industry standard development tools
* Strong understanding of object oriented design principles
* Strong understanding of multithreaded and database programming in a Java environment
* Experience developing using Agile software development methodologies
* Expertise developing products using XML, XPath, and XSD Schemas
* Experience developing automated unit tests
* Working knowledge of Spring and an ORM framework such as Hibernate a plus
* Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi-site development team
* Desire to work in a fast paced, growing, deadline driven, startup environment
* Complete understanding of the full product development lifecycle (design, development and testing)
* Subversion knowledge a plus
* Self-motivated
* Strong collaboration skills
* BS or MS degree in Computer science or equivalent
* 8+ years profession software development experience
* 5+ years professional Java development experience
