Systems/Software Engineer
Expend the expertise for the E2E support, from Pre-Press to Fulfillment
Understand Customers' Business Model and WF
Be aware of Customers' Business Model &WF changes
Develop the capabilities to provide integrative support for the overall Customer WF
Function as the DFE&WF interface to Sale, SAP and Regional Support
Participate in Pre-Sale activities (for selected customers)
Provide an ongoing communication/updates to the products' experts, for any possible changes at the customers that may affect WF behavior
Understand Solutions and document them
Keep engagement with the customers, and take actions as needed
Act as a Facilitator, in case of Escalations that pertain to WF
Keep up with the Art and Graphic technologies/trends and deliver knowledge to the DFE&WF team
Drive and lead Projects
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or at a minimum 4 years equivalent experience in the Art and Graphics Digital Front End Technology
Familiar with s.w. environments: C++, Java, C#, .net, SWT, Eclipse, emerging technologies (JDF&JMF), file formats (PDF, variable data printing), Adobe, Quark, &PPML
Familiar with Network Environments
Familiar with Finishing applications
