IT Help Desk Coordinator

As the Operation IT teamís IT Help Desk / Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing numerous project timelines, tracking and assigning resources, and ensuring that all end-user requests are responded to in a quick and efficient manner.

* Serve as point person for end user questions regarding hardware & software related matters on use and functionality of Laptops & desktops; help troubleshoot issues.

* Ability to prioritize activities for the Operation IT team on a daily basis to accomplish goals.

* Enforce policy and best practices on process and workflow; ensure adherence to process terms and conditions.

* Interface with the Director of Operations, all department leaders and Senior Management to understand and execute against the companyís primary business objectives.

* Manage the departmental schedule of events and organize logistics for departmental meetings.
