IT Business Analyst - Web
* Actively seek ways to apply technologies to business processes to meet strategic goals through a conceptual understanding of technology and strong business insight and experience
* Propose alternative solutions and recommendations when a specific requirement cannot be met within the system
* Challenge and convince business partners to change business processes, as well as to minimize system development costs or constraints
* Responsible for delivering global common systems and processes in all sites for project-related work
* Lead cross-functional teams to come up with a global solution
* BA/BS college degree, preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
* Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in project implementation required
* Four to six years of progressively increasing responsibility in terms of experience in IT systems analysis, design and development with a minimum of four years of experience in various web technologies, metrics, traffic analysis and implementation experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project required
* Expertise in project management methodologies a plus
* Ability to travel internationally is required
* Six sigma certification a plus
* System design, testing and implementation
* Design process flows based on business and IT requirements
* Identify and document the impact to existing processes and to the organization of any changes in requirements
* Organize and work with the business/user team through the testing process and provide reports on testing progress
* Analyze and document test results, track issues and communicate to IT and the business/user team
* Work with business/user team and IT to discuss and develop a post-implementation review document that addresses problems and issues encountered during testing and implementation, and that contains recommendations for avoiding those issues in the future
