Web Developer Sr.
. Design and development of custom web parts.
. Design and development of custom web services to facilitate heterogeneous systems solutions (on-premise and cloud).
. Design and development of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
. Work with business owners to design new portal sites and public-facing Internet sites.
. Assist with the development of training materials for the portal user community.
. Guide business users to successful portal-based solutions.
Qualifications Knowledge of:
. Microsoft SharePoint Server Enterprise 2010.
. Windows Workflow Foundation and/or BPM design patterns.
. InfoPath forms development.
. Microsoft Visio 2010
. Microsoft Active Directory and/or LDAP.
. Web-based transactional development and REST architecture.
. Microsoft Windows operating systems.
. Project management disciplines (Agile methodologies) and all facets of SDLC.
. Software development using Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer and Eclipse.
. Web part design and implementation using C# and the SharePoint 2010 Object Model.
. Web development (Ajax, C#, CSS, HTML 5, JAVA, JavaScript, .Net, SharePoint 2010 Object Model, SilverLight, SQL, web services, XAML, XML).
. Implementing, tuning and administering SharePoint 2010 environments.
. Working with web application servers (IIS).
. Working with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
. Source-code control systems (e.g. Team Foundation Server and CVS).
. Ability to accurately estimate levels of effort (LOE) for work tasks and meet deadlines.
. Successful implementation of transactional websites utilizing standards.
. Using UML in requirements gathering and design for web development.
. Contribution to successful technology implementation projects.
. Implementing Release Management application controls to ensure appropriate planning for flawless execution of move-to-production scenarios.
. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to facilitate working with the business community in gathering requirements and identifying solutions.
. Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
