Sr. Systems Analyst - Oracle Financial Applications
• Work independently to develop, modify or configure accounting rules and integration points with the Oracle Financial Accounting Hub.
• Development and implementation of Oracle's Financial Accounting Hub and Financial product suite (G/L & Payables)
• Analyze, design and cooperatively develop all necessary integration points to upstream and downstream applications that feed into and require data from Financial Applications.
• Work with end users to develop detailed specifications, gap analyses and potential process change requirements.
• Identify and work to adequate levels of quality controls in the project implementation, including development of test plans and scripts
• Collaborate, cooperate and interact with project team members and contractors to take positive action and accountability for assigned work
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
• Financial suite product enhancements, improvements and automation.
• Process and Systems Performance Improvements
• System design including accounting rules, configurations, and core design parameters
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or information systems; MBA a plus
• Certifications: CPA, CMA or Oracle Application Certification
• 3 + years in an accounting related field
• 3+ years as a Systems Analyst or similar position.
• Experience on at least 1 large scale system implementation and 1 small to medium scale project
• Proven Experience with Oracle's Financial Accounting Hub
• Proven Experience with Oracle Financials and Sub-ledger architecture or Financial Accounting Hub
• Proven Experience with an ERP financials design, configuration, & testing
• Insurance Industry a plus
