Mid/Jr Web Application Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, rapidly prototype, and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications and services
Code primarily in C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Define, document, and build REST-ful APIs
Work with traditional SQL and popular No-SQL based storage solutions
Enforce code quality through unit tests and automation
Bring your excitement to help build a great team and community
Requirements:
You have been on teams that have built some impressive, non-trivial web applications from the ground up
2-5 years working in C# and/or Java, Asp.net MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Working knowledge in relational database design and SQL
Prowess in jQuery or other comparable library
Experience working with a team and not a Lone Ranger
Dont need to be a great designer, but understand good design
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or proven hacking chops
Amazon AWS experience
Experience with popular document or key-value databases like: Hadoop, Cassandra, RavenDB, MongoDB, or Redis
