Information Technology - Lead Business Analyst
* Manage resource planning through multiple projects to account for staff assignments and capacity, while balancing multiple priorities.
* Provide ongoing performance assessments and coaching on individual BA analysts development plans.
* Responsible for conducting research with the goal of recommending and implementing new processes and solutions to problems.
* Performs Business Requirements Gathering process, including the creation of deliverables
* Conducts detailed research
* Performs analysis necessary to identify viable solution alternatives
* Follows the company’s business requirement’s documentation process utilizing the appropriate tools
* Deliver work estimates
* Creates technical documents and high-level solution design
* Participates in the complete system development life cycle
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc.
* Provides professional and prompt technical support to customers, partnering with other internal departments to provide two way communications and customer impacts.
* Conducts analysis, research and resolves complex customer issues
* Assesses system and error trends to identify and resolve irregularities in the production environment and performs targeted support to proactively prevent future incidents.
* Manages and mentors less seasoned technical support analysts providing leadership as needed.
* Four+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or equivalent experience in an applications development environment.
* Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Requires strong PC skills
* Requires excellent organizational skills
* Prefer working knowledge of programming, development, and technical architecture
* Two years of experience in the retail business or related field.
* Requires ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
