* SR Application Developer - C# or Java
* Function as a member of an agile team to develop, test, debug, maintain and document software projects.
* Work with business analysts, product managers, UX designers, usability analysts and other stakeholders to ensure software developed meets or exceeds customer expectations
* Develop primarily using C# but must be prepared to utilize other technologies as required by the project.
* As a senior developer, actively guide and mentor junior developers in the team environment.
* Provides input into product architecture and technical design
* 3 + years experience developing C# software applications or equivalent application language such as Java.
* Strong object oriented design and programming skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Track software issues to successful resolution
* Work in a collaborative fast paced environment, ability to learn new development language quickly and apply that knowledge effectively
* Windows Operating system functionality, MS Office and productivity related applications
* BA/BS in Computer Science related field or equivalent work
* Experience in the following technologies preferred:
* SQL/Database query experience;
* Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
* iOS development experience helpful
* Experience completing projects in a team environment
