Senior Software Engineer
* Participate at a senior level, in every aspect of the software development process including, documentation, testing and deployment; must be able to translate functional specifications into technical design with efficient code
* Actively participate in design meetings, code and peer review sessions
* Mentor junior and mid level developers
* Adhere to industry, company and department standards for best practices in software engineering
* Estimate task durations and log project hours
* Provide accurate and detailed feedback on project status, milestones and associated risks
* Ensure systems security and protect against unlawful data disclosure
* 4 year degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or equivalent; 7 years previous software development experience utilizing multi-tier applications
* Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies: C#, VB, .Net, JavaScript, XML
* Experience with Sugar CRM and SharePoint strongly desired
* Previous experience working with MS SQL Server, queries, stored procedures, views and SSIS preferred
* Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycle tools such as source control, Microsoft Team System, Rational, MS Project, Visio and Microsoft Application Blocks
