Group Leader, Software Infrastructure & Busniess Support
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 9-12 years applicable experience within pharmaceutical industry.
2-4 years supervisory experience or lead experience in a line, matrix or project settings
Expertise in Electronic Data Capture system(s). Knowledge of Inform strongly preferred.
In- depth knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle
Hands-on experience in designing clinical databases
Demonstrated experience in developing company standards
Broad knowledge of industry standards (e.g. CDISC)
Ability to effectively lead complex multidisciplinary projects
Knowledge of IT and system lifecycle processes
Strong project and matrix management and communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trials
High-level cross-functional and business knowledge
Experience in working in global environment
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with ClinTrial system
Comprehensive knowledge of Data Management and Statistical Programming processes
Knowledge of systems and processes related to medical coding
Proficiency in other systems/tools used in pharmaceutical industry, e.g. SAS, documentum systems, data exchange portals, etc.
Understanding of archival tools and processes
