SSoftware Engineering Manager
Primary responsibilities are to lead, guide, and coach a team of software developers insuring the timely, functional, and quality delivery of the team's commitments to the business. Will also maintain the overall responsibility for all systems and software engineering activities. Manage product development projects through a complete software development lifecycle.
This position oversees the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of computer programs for commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial management.
6+ years software engineering experience including 5+ years managerial experience
3+ years of C# experience in Microsoft Visual Studio development environment
3+ years of experience with object oriented design, UI design for Windows forms, and web services
Knowledge and experience with SOA and ESB (eg.Biztalk) highly desired
Knowledge and experience with RPG and JD Edwards desired
Adobe ColdFusion and CXML, XML, HTML and SQL Server a plus
Education
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
