Technology & System Analyst
This position provides integrated and advanced technical support for a large and complex organizational unit with specialized information technology requirements. The responsibilities include day-to-day network, This will include all facets of hardware and software installation, hardware and software configuration, and troubleshooting. This position will participate in and oversee Information Services projects affecting the Desktop/Network computing environment based on allocation by the management team.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with two years of experience in related positions; or a Master's degree in directly related fields.
Industry certifications in the following subject areas Microsoft, Cisco, Network+, A+, Dell, Apple are also desired. Four years of experience in an Information Systems support environment, and at least two years experience working with computer hardware and software.
