"¢ Incorporate collaboration services into an integrated desktop environment.

"¢ Integrate products from multiple vendors.
"¢ Evaluate software design alternatives
"¢ Perform rapid prototyping
"¢ Provide status and schedule updates for EVM and periodic reporting
"¢ Use sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant.
"¢ Two years in software engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
"¢ Two years developing software in an enterprise environment.
"¢ Two years developing software for Windows, UNIX or Linux OS.
"¢ Experience with J2EE, Javascript, Flex, JSP, HTML, CSS, SpringMVC, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Servlets
"¢ Extensive experience in planning and accomplishing goals and complicated tasks
"¢ Experience integrating and extending COTS products.
"¢ Experience writing technical documentation
"¢ Experience designing and developing presentation GUIs.
