SR DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT
* Advanced degree in computer science preferred. BA in computer science or equivalent experience in Information Technology field required
* Strong communication, interpersonal and teaming skills, including the ability to work effectively with management, infrastructure groups and other systems architects. Must be able to collaborate effectively with technical staff as well as Senior Management
* Ability to lead small groups or teams and drive consensus on technical issues
* Advanced experience with XML and related technologies.
* Advanced software development experience with UNIX/Linux operating system, JEE/Java, and relational database technologies. Experience with content management projects
* Proven track record of development accomplishments in a leadership position
* 10+ years in IT industry desired with 5+ years’ experience in an architect role preferred
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience with MarkLogic XML Database technology
* Experience with web-services and SOA architectures
* Experience with the RUP or Agile development methodologies
* Experience in hardware topology planning/sizing and budget planning
* Knowledge of application servers (Weblogic, jBoss)
