User Interface Developer

Bachelors degree in related field
*
Minimum eight years overall experience in designing and developing web-based user interfaces or equivalent experience in an interactive-related field
* Project Management experience, including development of creative or project briefs, proposals, wire frame documents
* Working knowledge of web and application development, web design and digital marketing
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
* Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team
* Works well independently and in team, organized, detailed oriented as well as high level thinker, good written and oral communication, analytical, and excellent at decision making and issue resolution.
* Experience with website functionality (e.g. search, browse, product data, checkout, gift certificates, etc.)
* Experience with technology relative to websites (e.g. HTML, XML, ASP, web servers, content distribution systems, application services, databases, SQL, security, etc.)
* Strongly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project.
* Strong systems organizational abilities
* Proven interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of advertising agency disciplines including creative, production, personnel management, and project management with classic-full-service health care agency experience preferred
* Knowledge of both marketing and advertising preferred
* Experience in account service advertising is desirable
