Professional Services Engineer

* Provide post-sales support after sale via product training and/or installation and configuration * Interact directly with managerial and technical point of contact provided by the customer and resolve any concerns through out the life of the account * Assist the sales team with technical questions/issues * Present on-line and in person product demonstrations to customers * Manage customer communication and expectations * Manage enterprise pilots from initial contact through close * Provide ongoing installation, deployment and configuration support for customers * Provide troubleshooting and de-bugging for customers and prospects * Escalate necessary items to engineering for resolution * Assist in training the sales team * Provide end user and Partner training

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training or experience * In depth knowledge of networking Windows OS a must * In depth Knowledge of Protocols, Ports and Windows permissions * Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows workstation and server OS and UNIX/Linux OS * Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, proxy servers * Knowledge of World Wide Web environments and tools XML, ASP. Etc. * Knowledge of Firewall, IDS, IPS, Ant virus, Vulnerability Assessment a must * Knowledge of troubleshooting tools like Sysinternals In depth knowledge of one or more of the above mentioned is highly desirable
