Sr. Software Engineer
* Proven development skills in Python, or a similar high-level language
* Experience with agile development practices
* Experience with AWS services EC2 and S3
* Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NOSQL (MongoDB)
* Experience with high scale web applications
* Familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery
* Serve as an individual contributor and team member
* Understand own team*s strategy and objectives
* Able to function self-sufficiently, but accept guidance from peers and senior staff
* Mentor other Software Engineers
* Articulate opinions on software development matters
* Effectively change and meet deadlines as they evolve
* Observe quality standards
* Foresee potential technical or business issues within department and makes recommendations to solve
