ASP.NET Developers
• Great communication and collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to delivering great software and releasing it quickly, efficiently and with increasing quality
• A very strong grasp of Object Oriented Programming principles
• Strong C# coding skills, and strong ASP.Net experience (minimum 3 years)
• Experience with .NET 4.0, LINQ, SQL and Windows Communication Foundation (strongly preferred)
• Fluency with design and enterprise patterns, specifically best practices for implementation of a domain model architecture
• Experience with or enthusiasm for using object-relational mapping technologies such as nHibernate
• Advanced JavaScript experience
• Enthusiasm for test-driven development and competence in unit testing
Additional, preferred qualifications include:
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment (highly preferred)
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Experience with Silverlight, Workflow Foundation 4
