* At Least 4-6 years of experience as a programmer/analyst in a technical or scientific environment. * Experience in software development utilizing Java, Oracle and XML * Experience with Java servlets. * Experience developing multi-tier applications. * Experience with the Spring framework. * Experience with Hibernate. * A willingness to participate in collaborative software development. * Experience with Test First Development Methodology. * Experience with automated testing utilizing Junit. * Experience with Maven. * Experience with Web Services. * Experience with refactoring. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience with Object-Oriented methodologies.
