Sr. Web Application Developer
Bachelors. Preferred disciplines include Computer Science, Engineering
Ten years or more of related experience is preferred.
Proven user interface design experience with focus on user experience and usability.
Expertise in latest patterns and frameworks available to build and integrate interactive web applications
Intimate understanding of HTML/CSS/AJAX/JavaScript web development.
In depth understanding of software development lifecycle.
Experience with N-tier architectures, SOA concepts and Web Services
Good understanding of Web 2.0 user interface design principles.
Knowledge and experience using a wide variety of XML-based web services including SOAP and REST
Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service modeling
Discipline with test driven methodology and proficient in unit test tools
Experience with Microsoft web technologies a plus (ASP.NET MVC, JQuery)
Experience with web mapping technologies a plus (Google maps control, Google Earth, OpenLayers)
Experience in developing web based GIS applications a plus.
