Sr. UI Software Engineering Manager
* Daily Interactions with developers discussing designs, implementation and project milestones
* Be an advocate for getting solid designs and implementations incorporated into the product
* Manage hiring and staffing.
* Oversee the delivery of designs and projects within budget, schedule and quality guidelines.
* Provide direction for design, planning, configuration, documentation, deployment
* BSCS or BSEE or Other Related 4yr Technical Degree
* 5+ years of senior software engineering and/or 2nd level management experience developing front end/ GUI applications for eCommerce sites.
* Advanced knowledge of 3 tier web applications including Web/MVC Frameworks such as GWT, Spring MVC in addition to XML, XSL and JavaScript engines.
* 5+ years experience in a high traffic eCommerce or B2C internet company
* Managing mobile development such as iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and Mobile web apps, teams is significant plus.
* Demonstrable track record of delivering successful web applications with particular emphasis in managing UI teams developing the front end.
* Experience with web and Spring Applications framework is huge plus.
