Manager, IT Compliance
* Establish and manage IT policies and procedures in accordance to applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the following:
o Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
o Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
o Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS)
* Conduct internal IT audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations
* Function as primary IT contact for external auditors
* Participate in internal audits with Quality Assurance on IT controls to ensure process compliance on a regular basis
* Act as liaison between IT and other business units for IT compliance activities
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience
* A minimum of 8 years of IT Audit/Compliance experience in a regulated environment
* Demonstrated experience managing SOX and HIPAA compliance for an IT department
* CISA certification is required
* Experience supporting SOX compliance in a SAP environment is desired
* Experience in a CLIA certified, CAP accredited clinical laboratory is a plus
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required
