Experienced Software Engineer
* Defect fixing for web based applications
* Develop new features and product lines for web based applications
* Proficient in interpreting functional specs and requirements
* Work in a team of software engineers and support professionals in creating a first class product
* Implement new features efficiently and within schedule and cost budgets
* Work with Quality Assurance engineers to ensure the quality of the enhancements
* Document code and provide unit tests for enhancements and defect resolution
* Expertise in C#/VB.NET, .NET 2.0/3.5 framework, Advanced complex Classic ASP, VBScript, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX & HTML languages utilized in a client /server application environment.
* Expertise in Microsoft SQL 2008 database integration with the web application utilizing ADO and SP calls within the application.
* Skills to write and execute SQL query scripts -- including table schema, advanced Stored Procedures, user defined functions , views, and integrate within application environment.
* Working knowledge of IIS 6.0/IIS 7.0 based web servers, 3rd party mail and file components, .NET components including ActiveX Controls and implementation of custom scripts.
* Candidate must have 4+ years of intense software development experience, including 2+ years specific experience in VB.NET/ASP.NET/C# languages.
* Candidate must have 3+ years experience in SQL database architecting and integration
* Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering required.
