Embedded Software Engineer
- Provide technical support and leadership in area(s) of assigned responsibility including electrical components, software structure, and design specifications.
- Plan, direct and control engineering effort directly related to assigned projects
- Prepare project development criteria in accordance with management objectives.
- Maintain close contact and coordinate activities with other groups within the product Engineering Department.
- Supervise work of assigned resources including internal or external contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Computer Science Engineering and 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
- Experience with off-highway equipment and related SAE, ISO, EN standards experience preferred.
- Experience with structured embedded software development (C, C++) and formalized testing is required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems and electrical interface preferred.
- Good communication skills required, including the ability to interface with other cultures.
