Sr. IT Analyst • Collect, analyze and document business requirements for the applications in scope of FSC: translate user requirements into IT solution proposals; create and maintain or supervise relevant data and IT architecture models • Plan or support planning of solutions deployment in area of specialty, including communication of infrastructure needs to GIS and outsourced IT service providers. • Lead or coordinate development and implementation of selected solutions according to user requirements. • Ensure required computer systems validation standards with regards to design and test specifications are met. • Provide first-level support or coordinate divisional or external service providers to ensure agreed service levels and customer expectations are meet. • Work with Finance business and FSC IT Process Leads to raise new project proposals and support definition of the business case. • Collaborate with FSC Process Leads to determine scope, goals and objectives. • Guide the business lead to define business value and associated metrics. • Quantify risks and return on investment together with business leads. • Support the business leads as they prepare for implementation of new solutions and introduce or drive change in an organization. • For new systems, help define goals and objectives of service level agreements (SLAs), including performance expectations. • Contribute to outlining performance qualification testing and validation plans. • Support the creation of training material content. • Collaborate to define deployment and business value metrics that can be used to indicate successful roll out and use of new technology. • In production system environments, contribute as needed to • 1st level support, training, documenting, troubleshooting. • Co-ordinate, prioritize and ensure delivery of requests for incidents and enhancements • Assess requirements for software upgrades/ version releases and ensure alignment with business processes or contribute to their evolution. Support Application Service Management in assessing causes or trends in change requests. • Support, participate or lead rollout of small projects within area of expertise.

• Assist in compiling, justifying and getting approval for project proposals.

Minimum requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • Education: Solid educational background, with degree in, preferably Information Technology or Business Administration.

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years’ professional experience in collaborative technologies (e.g. SharePoint, Workflow and Reporting tools).
