Software Developer
* Requirements gathering through direct interface with clients and potential customers
* Specification formation and budget analysis for proposed integrated solutions
* Time and resource management throughout the development lifecycle
* Developing scalable software solutions for multiple clients in a variety of industries
* Supporting new as well as existing client relationships by identifying and resolving potential defects, while concurrently maintaining a uniform code base common to all customers
* Work with the development team to plan, perform, and maintain routine product upgrades
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer & Information Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a software production environment preferred
* Required knowledge of (insert language)
* Knowledge of ColdFusion, Flash, SQL design and T-SQL is beneficial
* Experience with Object-Oriented Programming, Analysis, and Design
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in team atmosphere
* Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
* Demonstrated quality approach to the software development process
* Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment
* Displays strong abilities to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training and senior team members
* Highly motivated, proactive personality
* Ability to produce with minimal supervision
