Automation Engineer
Automation Engineer will develop and execute software and automation engineering tasks from concept phase through design, planning, procurement and execution, as well as coordinating with vendors, contractors and customers.
* Work independently on automation control systems
* Understand P&ID drawings, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
* Design, code, test, debug and document programs and systems
* Deliver and start-up new systems
* Troubleshoot existing systems
* Excellent customer relations skills are essential
* Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree
* Experienced with Visual Basic, Visual C and scripting
* Experienced with schematic and wiring diagrams
* Experienced with planning and scheduling
* Ability to read and understand electrical one-line and three-line diagrams
* Ability to read and understand logic diagrams
* Ability to read and understand vendor equipment and electrical controls drawings
* Ability to create and work with DDS and FRS documentation
* Functional in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Project
