Senior Java/.NET Developer
· Create and document detail design specifications and test cases to ensure that all business and functional requirements are met.
· Compose technical design documentation.
· Adhere to coding standards, code reviews and TDD/BDD methodology.
· Provide mentoring to junior developers both on and off the team.
· Participate in all aspects of the system development life cycle with specific focus on the design, estimation, construction, unit and integration testing.
· Collaborate with project managers, other programmers, project sponsors and QA analysts to deliver business-focused solutions on time and within budget.
· Develop high-quality implementations following established development processes.
· Maintenance of existing and implementation of new web applications.
· Provide post implementation support and on call production support of application suite.
· Keep abreast of the latest developments in Internet technologies.
* Minimum of 5 years development experience in Java development.
* Minimum of 5 years development experience in .NET development
· BA/BS in computer science or related field.
* Extensive experience in rapid development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/etc.)
* Experience dealing with both managerial and customer related issues.
* Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously.
* Minimum of 5 years development experience in .NET development
* Experience with (Visual Studio 2008 and 2010)
* Experience developing Webform applications
* Experience with Java, Hibernate, Struts, Spring MVC.
* Experience with JSP, JSTL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including libraries such as jquery).
* Experience with Java IDE (Eclipse, Netbeans, Idea).
* Experience with application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat preferred)
* Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, and other web services related technologie
