Information Security IT Project Sr. Group Manager
Provide strong coordination of on-going and new security activities across various our organizations
Ensures the security initiatives program is defined, measured, tracked and communicated
Partners with technology, business leadership to coordinate definition, prioritization, and execution of security defense initiatives
Plan and track resource plan and budget for implementing security initiatives
Accelerate delivery and process change via focused project / workstream teams with clear accountability and multi-disciplinary skills
Deliver in phases with measurable results and improvements: near-term, mid-term, and long-term
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on diverse range of internal and external sources.
Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties
Qualifications
* A minimum of ten years of IT experience, with five years in an information security role and at least three years in a management capacity.
* A bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience; an M.B.A. or M.S. in information security is preferred.
