Software Support Specialist
* Provide expert assistance, both verbally and in writing, for all HelpDesk requests, specializing in global requests from clients, members and internal staff in Australia, Europe and Asia
* Maintain the Help Desk page on the company intranet
* Prepare training materials for use during HelpDesk “Spotlight” sessions
* Assist with basic site configuration requests
* Provide detailed documentation of issues handled
* Assist with the troubleshooting and maintenance of third party applications
* Work closely with IT and Engineering to resolve production issues
* Assist with rollout of new software releases
* Assist with Activity programming
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications with heavy emphasis in Excel
* Ability to multitask, be flexible and adapt quickly to change
* Ability to be proactive, collaborative, resourceful and exercise impeccable judgment
* Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of HTML and CSS
* SQL knowledge is helpful, but not required
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
