Programmer Analyst
• Work as part of a “self-managed” team to deliver software that delights our customers.
• Help our team keep existing application systems running smoothly.

• Collaborate with our customers and other technology professionals at all levels.
• Provide critical thinking on how we can constantly improve our technology, delivery and user experience.

• A passion for making high quality, innovative software solutions
• Solid and proven experience application development and leadership
• Strong background in object oriented programing, JavaScript, & SQL
• Web Design experience desired, but not required
• Experience with Agile Methods (XP, SCRUM, Kanban, etc…)
• Ability, in a team environment, to consistently deliver high quality software.
• Effective team player with at ability to problem solve complex problems
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
