IT Manager
* Maintains project schedules, informs the team of its progress and provides the team with day to day direction.
* Works on projects of varying size, complexity, and scope
* Present project status at appropriate intervals to senior leadership
* Responsible for issue resolution and risk mitigation
* Monitors the progress of assigned projects
* Acts as team's interface to IT and Business Partners
* Ability to deliver quality solutions to customers and suggest process improvements where applicable
* Experience in following defined process sets in a large financial organization
* Creates a climate of collaboration and teamwork among team members and customer groups
* Takes action when issues appear and escalates appropriately
* Provide input into project financial forecasting
* Works with vendor teams to prioritize deliverables
* Collaborates with multiple IT and business functional areas to complete required deliverables
* Communicates in a manner that conveys credibility and confidence that he/she will deliver on the customer’s needs.
* Provide day to day direction to both development and sustain teams
* Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently in various stages of development
* Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (i.e. PMBoK) and tools (i.e. MS Project, MS Office Suite) and the software development life cycles (i.e. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
