Senior Java Developer - Web Platform Team

Lead projects, through all phases from technical architecture and design through delivery.
*
Design and develop application components for the web application
*
Contribute to architectural/design feasibility discussions, prototype development and code reviews.
*
Expertise in Java and JSP required
*
Experience developing front-ends with HTML/ CSS/ Javascript /Cross browser development
*
5+ years of experience developing multi-tiered applications
*
Passion for the web and desire to solve and analyze complex problems
*
Familiarity with Struts2, Tiles and JQuery is highly desirable
*
Awareness of standard eCommerce tools and methodologies (A/B testing, SEO friendly site design, Site Analytics etc.)
*
Very strong, delivery focused work ethic that takes ownership and produces results
*
Able to multitask and switch tracks as needed
*
The successful candidate will communicate well, be committed to delivering quality work on an aggressive schedule, and must be able to function independently as well as part of a team.
*
Mobile site / App development experience is a significant plus
