Software Engineer - Java
• This candidate will be a member of a highly-motivated team working with complex multi-tier Java applications.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing and coding and maintaining software components; working with QA to develop test scripts;
• Assist other team members in designs, problem solving, etc.
• The ideal candidate will have a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years working with scalable enterprise applications distributed throughout a world wide environment.
• Experienced in multi-threaded application development.
• Background in chemistry or mathematics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Multi-project experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of UNIX tools is a plus
