Senior IT Developer (J2EE)
* The lead developer assumes overall technical responsibility for code construction, implementation and system integration in web-based billable client engagement.
* The successful candidates have considerable latitude and responsibility to identify and select tools and processes necessary to address technical client development issues related to the project.
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 4 years experience in development and delivering custom application development solutions across full life cycle
* At least 5 years experience in application development using J2EE and Java
* At least 3 years experience in Object Oriented and UML modeling
* At least 2 years experience in leading off-shore resources
* At least 3 years experience in in the lead developer role working on complex projects
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project
* Bachelor's Degree
