Sr. Software Engineer Java
* Developing software to run in a highly scalable, enterprise environment and/or a SaaS/hosted environment.
* Integrating technologies (3rd party and tech you develop) into existing product frameworks
* Producing and reviewing requirements and design documents
* Identifying issues, solutions, and following through to resolution with minimal supervision
* Researching customer issues
* Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent and 10+ years related work experience
* Experience using agile development on a number of different projects
* Experience programming in Java, HTML, XML, Javascript and other Web UI-related technologies
* Experience in Internet/web-based software development
* Ability to analyze, isolate, and document complex technical issues
* Strong understanding of how to take requirements from multiple sources and create a new feature
* Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction
* Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines
* Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick learner
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as on a team
* Experience in the systems and configuration management space
* Experience developing for mobile devices
* Experience developing SaaS and/or a cloud service
* Experience with communication protocols such as LDAP, TCP/IP, and http
* Experience with complex configurations such as proxy configurations, large-scale integration, multiple directory configurations, and security
